BodhAI is a unit of Asteriskos Media Private Limited, which is the legal entity providing the license described below and the data fiduciary referenced throughout our Privacy Policy. Our public footprint intentionally excludes the registered-office address and CIN; for full registered-entity details, use the contact form.

1 · The license

You license the software per organisation; you run it on your own hardware; your data never becomes ours.

We grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run BodhAI on hardware you control, for the seats on your plan.

2 · Beta terms

It’s a private beta: things may break, and we may change things. In exchange, beta users pay nothing and keep preferential terms at GA.

BodhAI is currently offered as a private beta. Any features currently present or planned may change without notice and may be updated to better align with the product’s direction. Beta users are not guaranteed any specific feature or use case, including planned connectors. We’ll always try to give advance notice of anything that materially changes what you rely on, but the beta label means the license in §1 is offered as-is while we iterate.

3 · Your data is yours

Documents in, answers out, artifacts generated — all yours. We claim no rights over any of it.

Original files are never deleted by the product; export everything, any time. If you stop using BodhAI, your documents are exactly where you put them.

4 · Seats & fair use

Plans are seat-based. Your server reports anonymous seat counts; we don’t meter your questions.

5 · Trial, grace & surrender

Trials are time-boxed, lapse into a grace period, and licenses can be surrendered — your local data is untouched throughout.

When a trial or subscription lapses, a grace period keeps the server fully functional. After it, cloud-issued tokens stop renewing — but your data remains on your hardware, readable and exportable. During the private beta (§2), trial length and grace period may be adjusted as we tune the plan structure; we’ll never shorten a grace period already in progress for an existing organisation.

6 · Payments

Processed by Razorpay; prices exclusive of GST; GST invoices issued for every charge.

7 · Acceptable use

Don’t use it to break laws, don’t resell it as your own service, don’t attack the cloud components.

8 · Liability

Answers are generated from your documents — verify anything consequential. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

BodhAI cites its sources so you can check them; you remain responsible for decisions made on generated answers and artifacts. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the license is capped at the license fees your organisation paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential damages.

9 · Governing law

Indian law; courts of Mumbai.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
