Usage Metrics
Available at Admin → Metrics. Shows operational signals for your BodhAI installation.
What is tracked
All metrics are local-only operational data. No query content, no document text, and no personal identifiers are included.
This week

| Questions Asked | Total chat questions across all users this week, with the change versus last week |
| Avg Response Time | Average end-to-end response time in seconds, with the change versus last week |
| Helpful Responses | Percentage of responses users marked as helpful, with the change versus last week |
Knowledge base

| Documents in Knowledge Base | Total indexed document count |
| Knowledge Graph Entities | Total entities extracted into the knowledge graph |
Access boundaries
When users hit content they are not permitted to see, the page shows how many times restricted content was encountered this week and how many access requests are pending.
Documents used most
A ranked list of the documents cited most often in this week's answers, with a citation count for each.
Bug reports
When a user submits a bug report (via the feedback button in the bottom-right of any page), the report is PII-scrubbed on the local server before any data leaves the machine. Nothing that cannot be scrubbed leaves the machine.
